Traditional Java (No IoC): You own a car. You must drive it yourself, navigate traffic, buy fuel, and perform repairs. You are in direct control.
Inversion of Control (IoC): You hire an Uber driver. You tell the driver "Take me to the airport!" The driver manages the car, fuel, traffic, and navigation. Control is inverted to the driver!
